Customers with a Service Level Agreement receive a direct line or a direct extension for support based upon their contractual needs. If you do not have that number, please call our main number and follow prompts for support if after-hours
If you are an existing customer, you may submit a ticket directly by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the system does not recognize your e-mail, you will receive an e-mail message indicating that your e-mail address is not in our system.

DAS RMM Contract Customers can submit a ticket directly through the software on your computer, if enabled in your contract. Just right-click the DAS symbol in your system tray (by your clock), click Open, click the Tickets tab, and Click Open a New Ticket.
